Food to please you: happiness on a plate.

We use our own organic fruits and vegetables. And in particular, we grow some old and unusual varieties, found almost exclusively in this local area. It’s a way to return to our origins, and to natural, genuine flavours. Our cooks will take you on an extraordinary culinary journey, with light Mediterranean recipes, vegan and vegetarian dishes and alkaline foods, as well as typical South Tyrolean specialities made with aromatic herbs, wild plants and flowers, harnessing traditional knowledge about their beneficial properties ...

Children can have supper from 6 p.m., by prior arrangement. Special children's table, with supervision during the summer period; special menus for children.
