In our vaulted cellar, built some 900 years ago, you'll be treated to top-quality wines from South Tyrol and Italy, rare vintages and interesting tips from connoisseurs. South Tyrol: A land of contrasts, of flavours ... and of wine. Our region is in a unique position, nestled between valleys and mountains and distinguished by an Alpine-Mediterranean climate. The wine varieties of Lagrein (Lagarino) and Gewürztraminer (Termeno Aromatico) are famous far beyond the borders of the region: South Tyrolean wines have gained an excellent reputation. The northernmost vineyards in Italy are also among the smallest, and yet they receive some of the highest praise and commendations in many famous wine guides.
